Description: Python interface to MHC binding predictors
MHCtools provides a common interface to predictors of peptide binding to
major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules. It supports locally
installed NetMHC-family tools, the Immune Epitope Database web services,
and MHCflurry, and converts predictions into pandas data frames.
 .
A random predictor is included for testing workflows. Prediction backends
and their model data must be installed separately; web predictors require
 network access.
 .
This package provides the Python 3 library and the mhctools command-line
 program.
