Description: Python bindings for H3, a hierarchical hexagonal geospatial index
H3 is a geospatial indexing system that partitions the world into hexagonal
cells at multiple resolutions. This package provides the Python bindings
(h3-py): converting coordinates to cells, neighbours and k-rings, parent and
child cells, cell boundaries, polygon fills and edge/vertex operations.
 .
The bindings are written in Cython; the H3 core library is compiled into
the extension modules. With python3-numpy installed, an additional API
operating on NumPy arrays is available.
